Meet our Head Trainer at Red Evolution Fitness. Experience in weight loss, strength, and endurance training. Olympic Trial Competitor, 2x Division I NCAA All-American Triple Jumper, and ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. With a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
